Terms And Conditions
Original Paintings and Prints
Original paintings and prints will be sent to you within 3 working days. Paintings are always sent by a trackable postal or courier service and your signature will be required on receipt. Prints are sent by Royal Mail untracked service, except for orders over £30 where a tracked postal service is used for your peace of mind.
Homeware Items
All other items are made to order by my specialist UK printer and sent to you within 3 to 5 working days. I will let you know when they are on their way to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact Caroline Skinner Art within 48 hours of delivery if items are faulty or damaged. You will need to provide photos of any damage as appropriate.
Where possible I will offer a replacement for damaged or faulty items. Alternatively I may ask you to return them for a full refund. Your return postage will also be refunded. Items should be carefully packaged to avoid further damage.
You will be deemed to have fully accepted the order if you fail to notify me or return them within 14 days of receipt.
Changing Your Mind
As a UK consumer, you have the right to change your mind about online purchases. You must inform me in writing with 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to return the item. It should be carefully packaged in the original packaging or similar and sent back by at your expense by insured postal services. You will receive a full refund of the original amount paid within 14 days of receiving the item back (but not the return delivery cost).
If the item is not returned in its original saleable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Delivery Details
Please double-check that you give the correct delivery address as Caroline Skinner Art cannot be responsible if your parcel is lost as a result of giving the wrong delivery address.
Free delivery is offered to all UK customers.
