Flat Top Paper Mushrooms

Orange  mushrooms crafted from honeycomb and crepe paper. Inspired by flat-topped fungus and showing off their fantastic gills. The lovely vintage book is by Collette and has a pretty gilt pattern. The  book setting is designed so they look like the just sprouted there!  It is approximately 22 x 14 x 18cm tall.

All of my mushrooms are crafted entirely from paper and then hand painted. They are inspired by different fungal forms found in nature but with added imagination. Each paper mushroom is unique – whether growing out of a vintage book, basking under a glass dome, or sprouting from a repurposed object, they are certain to be a quirky talking point! They look fantastic as part of a grown-up vintage or botanical aesthetic, or as a magical, fairytale addition to a child’s bedroom. I’m also happy to take on a commission if you send me a message.
