Shipping
All pieces are made to order and shipped from the UK, usually within 3 working days from placing your order unless otherwise stated. Items are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail, please allow 3 working days for delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct, returned items will be charged for redelivery.
Any customs duties, taxes, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in the shipping charges.
If an item is needed urgently please do contact me and I will try to accommodate your request.
Please note that as we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic all postal services are suffering backlogs and staff shortage. As a direct result all deliveries may be subject to delays at this time.

Returns
I accept returns with the exception of personalised or custom-made items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning unwanted, non-personalised goods is borne by the buyer. Used, altered or customer-damaged merchandise is not acceptable for exchange or return.
Any items being returned must be in its original condition and packaging. If not returned in original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the damage.

Colour disclaimer
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the colour of products may appear different on different monitors.
