Shipping Policy
Small items including greeting cards and ACEO's will be sent via Royal Mail first class. All postage prices include the cost of packaging of your purchase. Postage and packaging is calculated at checkout. Larger items will be sent tracked, postage and packaging is included in the product price and shows as free shipping.
Refund Policy
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns are accepted however please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
