Custom Shadow Portrait Book Folding Pattern

This listing is for a custom portrait pattern made using a photograph using your own photo. Please send your photo to me at zoesnovelcreations@gmail.com before placing your order, so that I can make sure the photo will work. For best results, photos need to be digital and in a portrait orientation. The pattern can be folded as a standard shadow fold, or as a 180 shadow fold.

This is a written set of measurements (in cm) that you mark on the pages of a book, then cut or fold to form the design pictured on the pattern. Any decoration in the photos is for illustration purposes only, and is not included.

You will receive your pattern via email, along with a free tutorial to help you get started if you are new to book folding. Please read this tutorial before starting your book fold. If you need additional help, you can find many book folding tutorials on YouTube, and if you get stuck, or have any questions then you can contact me and I will try my best to clarify things for you. You will usually receive your email within 2-3 hours or ordering, but please allow up to 24 hours before contacting me. Please ensure that you have provided your correct email address, and that it will accept incoming emails.

All my patterns (except custom made ones) have already been folded by my team of testers, so you should not find any problems with them. I cannot be held responsible for the experience or competence of the folder.

Due to the nature of emailed patterns, I cannot issue refunds on them after they have been sent out. The only time I can issue a refund, is if a pattern error has been found, or if you accidentally order the same pattern twice.

Shipping Policy

All book folding patterns will be sent to you via email, and a free written tutorial will be included of the method of folding needed for the pattern(s) you have ordered. No physical patterns will be sent out. Patterns will usually be sent to you within a couple of hours from the order being placed, but please allow up to 24 hours before contacting me.
Please make sure that your email address is correct, and that the address will accept incoming emails. Refunds will not be given for unreceived emails due to an incorrect address.

Refund Policy

I do not issue refunds for digital items due to the fact that they cannot be returned, once they have been emailed to you. Also, I cannot be held responsible for the experience, or competence of the folder.
All my patterns (except custom made ones) have been tested, so you should not have any problems. If your pattern does not turned out correctly, then you must let me know as soon as possible, and include a photo of your book so that I can try to work out what the problem is. I will try my best to help you sort out your book fold. If needed, I will have the pattern retested to make sure that there are no errors. In the unlikely event that an error is found, then I will either correct this for you, or give you a full refund (whichever you prefer).
