P² scrunchies – Japanese print

This isn’t a normal scrunchie, it has a ruffle style, reversible and versatile.  One side is a beautiful Japanese Print and the reverse is a contrasting plain fabric.  All 100% cotton, can be worn in your hair or on your wrist as a decorative bracelet.
