Dichroic fused glass necklace

This is a beautiful, handcrafted necklace in rainbow coloured dichroic glass with a sterling (.925) silver bail and chain. It has been made from hand cut Bullseye 90 COE glass.

Dichroic glass has a special, thin coating of quartz and metal oxides that gives a vibrant colour that changes depending on the way the light falls on it. The colour can change across a relatively small piece of glass, meaning that each piece of jewellery is unique.

This pendant has been fired once for approximately 24 hours including annealing (to relieve stress) and complete cooling to room temperature.

It measures approximately 15mm wide x 20mm long x 7mm deep and is supplied with a 40cm long silver chain and a presentation box.

This can be cleaned with a damp cloth and dried well. The chain can be cleaned with a proprietary silver cleaner.

This necklace is made of glass and should be handled with care. It is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children.
