Dichroic fused glass necklace

This is a beautiful, handcrafted necklace in purple coloured dichroic glass with hints of gold. It comes on a 45cm black polyester cord. It has been made from hand cut Bullseye 90 COE glass.

Dichroic glass has a special, thin coating of quartz and metal oxides that gives a vibrant colour that changes depending on the way the light falls on it. The colour can change across a relatively small piece of glass, meaning that each piece of jewellery is unique.

This necklace has been fired once for approximately 24 hours including annealing (to relieve stress) and complete cooling to room temperature.

It measures approximately 18mm wide x 19mm long x 7mm deep and is supplied with a 45cm long black polyester cord and a presentation box.

This can be cleaned with a damp cloth and dried well.

This necklace is made of glass and should be handled with care. It is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children.
