Dispatch time
We will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We dispatch items via Royal Mail and are therefore bound by their terms of service.

Delivery estimation
All of our items are handmade, and some are produced to order. Our delivery times are usually 5-7 working days within the United Kingdom, but if you need it sooner please get in touch and we'll see what we can do. We'll let you know when an item is dispatched

Refund Policy

I am happy to accept returns or exchanges
If you have a problem with the product on receipt please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within 21 days of delivery, and we recommend getting proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of parcels in the postage system.

Items must be returned in their original condition and failing to do so will result in the reduction of the value of the item. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to cover the return postage cost.
