Privacy Policy: Your private details are retained purely for the purposes of contacting you regarding your order or for dispatching your purchases and will never be passed to any 3rd party.

Refund/Return Policy: If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty then we ask that you report damage within 14 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping and receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us.  We will then replace/refund your order.
